Governor Quie says Independence is the party of ideas.

At our May 3rd platform session, former Governor Al Quie (Republican) spoke on behalf of a plank to support non-partisan judicial elections.  His also said that the Independence Party was the party of ideas. The party welcomed the Governor and enjoyed talking to him. His leadership and style is what Minnesota and the United States needs more of.
